51I. [ Right to seek information. [Inserted vide Act No. 12 of 2010]
(1)The President and the members of the Ward Committee shall have the right to seek information from the Executive Officer or Secretary, as the case may be, on any matter relating to the ward.(2)The Ward Committee shall submit periodical reports to the municipality in respect of the matters specified theirin.
