Section 2(k) in The U.P. Rice and Paddy (Levy and Regulation of Trade) Order, 1985
(k)"Release Certificate" means a certificate granted in the form given in Schedule 1 by a Marketing Inspector to a licensed dealer or licensed miller in token of his having sold the required quantities of rice/paddy to the State Government;
