Section 22(1) in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995
(1)The Faculty shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, have the power to provide by Regulations different courses of study and the curricula, shall have general control over the teaching and other educational programmes of the University, and shall be responsible for the maintenance of standards thereof.
