Section 1(3) in The Orissa Government Land Settlement Act, 1962
(3)The sections shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act shall [come into force] [Sections 2 to 9 came into force w.e.f.1.1.1965 vide Notification No. 43 GD (GL) 425/64-R.] on such date as Government may, by notification, appoint in that behalf.
