1. Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking directions to respondent No.2 and 3 for submission of report under Section 173 Cr.PC in FIR No.191 dated 09.09.2022 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 306/120-B of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.
2. At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Subash submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the investigating agency has concluded the investigation and cancellation report has already been filed before the jurisdictional Court.
3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to press the present petition and requests to withdraw the same with liberty to invoke an alternative remedy as available to him in accordance with law.
4. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
