7. Fixation of wastage limit.
- The State Government may, from time to time fix the permissible limit of manufacturing wastage, provided that unless the higher percentage of permissible wastage is fixed, the maximum limit of permissible wastage shall be twelve per cent. No manufacturing wastage of Bhang shall be allowable.
