5. Procedure on receipt of application. [Section 85 (2) (ii)
] - (1) Before passing final orders under Section 8 the Registrar may call for such further information from the applicants or make such independent enquiries as he may deem necessary.(2)After the Registrar is satisfied with regard to the matters stated in sub-section(1) of section 8, he may register the co-operative society and its bye-lows. A copy of the registered bye-laws shall be returned by him to the co-operative society.
