01. 1. The instant writ petition involves the following prayer, such as, a direction to the Tahasildar, Mahakalapara to take steps for issuance of final RoR on the basis of 'K' form patta in favour of the predecessor of the petitioners, since the said request through an application under Annexure-3 is pending for more than a year, within a reasonable time as stipulated by this Court.
2. Taking into account the fact that the petitioners claim to be pending before the Tahasildar, Mahakalapara vide Annexure-3, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Mahapalapara-opposite party No.2 to conclude the proceeding and complete the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the petitioners.
