14. Capacity Building/Improvement.
- The Government shall take the following steps for the capacity building of the Vidyalaya Shiksha Samiti:-(a)Training/orientation of the Chairperson and Secretaries of the Vidyalaya Shiksha Samities shall be organised from time to time.(b)The educational trips will be organised for the members of the Samiti.
