25B. [ Determination of proportionate rent. [Inserted by Act No. 35 of 1969.]
- Where by an act of parties or by operation of law, the interest of the tenant in his holding has been served, splinting up the holding into two or more parts, or where a portion of the holding has been sub-leased, and there is dispute as to the contract rent payable in respect of any such part or, as the case may be, the portion retained by the tenant or the portion sub-leased the Land tribunal may, on application by any person interested, determine the contract rent payable in respect of each such part of portion, as the case may be, on the basis of the normal produce from each such part or portion.]
