Section 91(1) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998
(1)The Board shall prepare every year on its activities, during that year and submit the report to the Government in such form on or before such date as may be prescribed and the Government shall cause a copy of the report to be laid before the State Legislature.
