Section 18 in The Jammu and Kashmir Aerial Ropeways Act, 2002
18. Promoter may fix rates.
- The promoter shall, for the purposes of working an aerial ropeway, and subject to such maximum and minimum rates as may be prescribed or ordered, have power, from time to time, fix the rates for the carriage of passengers, animals or goods on the aerial ropeway.
