Section 26(10) in Haryana Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(10)The Board shall incur expenditure out of the funds received by it in accordance with the instructions laid down under the Punjab Financial Rules as are applicable to the State of Haryana and such other instructions issued by the Government in this behalf, from time to time, either generally to all concerned or specifically to the Board.
