644. Order for payment of amount due from a contributory.
- The payment of the amount due from each contributory may be enforced by order of the Judge to be made on petition by the Liquidator supported by an affidavit. Such petition and order shall be in the prescribed forms. Service of the order shall be effected in such manner, as the Court may direct. The affidavit of service of the order shall be in the prescribed form.Compromise of Claims by Company
