83. Receipts and disposal of payments on accounts of the municipal fund.
- All moneys payable to the credit of the municipal fund shall be received by the Commissioner and shall be forthwith paid into the State Bank of India at Panaji or into any other Bank approved by the State Government to the credit of an account which shall be styled "The account of the municipal fund of the City of Panaji".
