These writ petitions are filed under Articles-226 & 227 of
the Constitution of India praying to Issue writ of mandamus
directing the respondents No.2 herein to execute the registered
Lease-Cum-Sale agreement In favour of the petitioners herein in
respect of shop No. 94. 95 and 97 respectIvely, measuring 15
feet x 20 each feet situated at Naubad Autonagar, Tq: and Dist:
Bidar. pursuant to the order of allotment dated 26-03-20 10 at
Annexure- A. No: KIDB BAN/3: Bidar. NAUB.A. 11: 2009/10 and
etc.
These writ petitions coining on for Preliminary hearing In
'B' group this day, the Court made the following:

ORDER
The petitioners herein claim themselves to be allottees of plot bearing Nos.94. 95 and 97 vlde allotment letter dated 26.3.20 10 which is at Annexure-A to the writ petitions.
2. AccordIng to petitioners, each of them have paid the value of plots by demand draft dated 31.12.2010 taken for a sum of Rs.25,575/- and which is deposited by them with 1 respondent on 3.1.2011 as could be seen from the seal put on them, which are at Annexure-B, C and D to the writ petitions. ft is their case that even after one year the plots allotted in their favour were not registered to their names. Hence, the present writ petitions are filed by them seeldng direction to execute registered lease-cum- sale agreement to petitioners in respect of plot Nos.94, 95 and 97 pursuant to order of allotment dated 26.3.2010.
