(i)As each person is examined his signature shall be obtained on the document below the endorsement of presentation in the following form:The witnesses whose signatures are affixed below have been examined under Clause (2) of Section 41 of the Indian Registration Act, 1908, in reference to the document:(Impression)Signature of E.F. with addition.(Impression)Signature of G.H. with addition.(Impression)Signature of I.J. with addition.
