Section 13(1) in The Tamil Nadu Additional Assessment and Additional Water-Cess Act, 1963
(1)The Government may, by notification, add any project to, or omit any project from, Schedule I; and on the publication of such notification, such project shall be deemed to be included in, or as the case may be, omitted from, Schedule I.
