Section 1 in The Orissa Motor Vehicles (Producer of Gas) Rules, 1993
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)These rules may be called the Orissa Motor Vehicles (Producer of Gas) Rules, 1993.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)They shall apply to all motor vehicles operating in the State of Orissa.
