Section 96D(5) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(5)On transfer of a Sub-Divisional Officer or a Collector, the officer taking over charge shall verify the stock of bonds and record a certificate in his handwriting in both parts of the register.
