Section 31(1) in Karnataka Ayurvedic, Naturopathy, Siddha, Unani And Yoga Practitioners' Registration And Medical Practitioners' Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1961
(1)The Board may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, by notification, make regulations not inconsistent with this Chapter or the rules, for any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the time and place at which the Board shall hold its meetings under section 11;(b)the salary, allowance and other conditions of service of officers and servants of the Board other than the Registrar, under section 14;(c)all other matters which may be necessary for the purposes of carrying out the objects of this Chapter.
