Section 20(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensee) Regulations, 2006
(1)If the consumer wishes to use electricity for a different purpose which fails in a different category and therefore different tariff, the consumer shall apply for the same in the prescribed form.
