ORDER (ORAL)
Mr. Shekhar Agarwal, Member (A) Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors has submitted that in the aforementioned OAs, on 08.04.2016, the following order was passed by this Tribunal:-
"Learned counsel argued that these cases were squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment of the Tribunal and the applicants 11q2ww herein deserved the same benefits as have been granted to the applicants in OA 478/2015. Learned counsel for the respondents also agree that these cases were squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment. Accordingly, we direct the applicants of these cases shall also be granted the same benefits as have been extended to the applicants in OA No. 478/2015. OAs are accordingly disposed of. The CPs and MAs also stand disposed of in view of disposal of the OAs."
2. He has submitted that the judgment in OA No. 478/2015 of the Ahmedabad Bench of this Tribunal has been set aside by Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat. Further the respondents have also challenged the judgment dated 08.04.2016 in OA No. 4718/2016 and other connected matters before Hon'ble High Court of Delhi vide WP(C) No. 193522 on 06.08.2016 which is likely to be listed shortly.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, these CPs are closed. Notices issued to the alleged contemnors are discharged. However, the applicants are at liberty to revive the same in case the order of this Tribunal survives after decision in the Writ Petition filed before Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
