Section 28 in The Rajasthan Colonisation Act, 1954
28. Power to make rules.
- The State Government may, by notification in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957.] make rules generally for carrying into effect the provisions and purposes of this Act and in particular for all matters which are required by this Act to be prescribed or which may be prescribed thereunder.
