Section 57(1) in The M.P. Griha Nirman Mandal Adhiniyam, 1972
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the competent authority under Section 55 or 56, may within one month from the date of service of the notice of such order, prefer an appeal to the State Government:Provided that State Government may entertain the appeal after the expiry of the said period of one month, if it is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause, from filing the appeal in time.
