Madam, I want to bring to the notice of this august House and also your goodself, a gruesome murder that occurred in Rajasthan where a person was beaten black and blue, kerosene was poured and he was burnt alive. The video of that incident was also taken and shown on all the TV channels. The murder of Mohd. Afrazul and similar hate crimes including mob lynching may be investigated by a judicial committee headed by a sitting judge. The steps should be taken to restore the confidence of the minorities and to ensure fair justice to them.
