Section 16(1) in Andhra Pradesh Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Rules, 2006
(1)Title to obtain or hold permission or license. - Any person not below the age of twenty years, any company or firm or association of individuals, whether incorporated or not, shall be entitled to obtain or hold any permission or license under the Act.
