ORDER
1. By this petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :-
"(A) To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 10/1/2024 (Annexure P/9) and (Annexure P/10) dated 10/6/2024 addressed by the petitioner and to further appoint the petitioner to the post of CHO.
(B) Any other order/orders, direction/directions may also be passed; along with cost of the petition may also kindly be awarded."
2 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in identical circumstances, by order dated 31/8/2024 in W.P.No.25219/2024 (Ranjana Raidas V/s. State of M.P. & Ors.) representation of the petitioner therein was directed to be decided by Mission Director, National Health Mission Madhya Signature Not Verified Signed by: SHAILESH MAHADEV SUKHDEVE Signing time: 10/25/2024 12:05:45 PM NEUTRAL CITATION NO. 2024:MPHC-JBP:53524 2 WP-33190-2024 Pradesh. It is submitted that similar direction may be issued in this matter also.

Thus in the available facts of the case, it is directed that the representation dated 10/1/2024 (Annexure P/9) and 10/6/2024 (Annexure P/10) of the petitioner be adverted to and decided by respondent No.2 within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with the applicable rules.
4 . With the aforesaid, without expressing any opinion on merits, petition stands disposed off.
