Section 15(vi) in The U.P. Cinematograph Rules, 1951
(vi)Two separate exits not leading into the same thoroughfare shall be provided to every floor or gallery and no stairway shall discharge into a passage or corridor against or across the direction of the exit; provided than the Licensing Authority may accept any other arrangements which likely to ensure adequate safety.
