Section 2B(1) in Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Rules, 1983
(1)Where there is more than one Appellate Authority, all appeals shall be filed in the Court of Collector of the district, who shall apportion such appeals between Appellate Authorities.
