Section 85(1) in The Calcutta Metropolitan Water And Sanitation Authority Act, 1966
(1)All local authorities shall render such help and assistance and furnish such information to the Authority as the Authority may require for carrying out its purposes and shall make available to the Authority for inspection and examination such records, maps, plans and other documents as may be necessary for the discharge of its functions.
