Section 14(2) in Homoeopathy Central Council (Election) Rules, 1975
(2)The ballot shall be issued only to the eligible members on producing the copy of certificate of registration in the concerned State Board/ Council of Homoeopathy and any photo identity card issued by the Central/ State / Union Territory Government.
