Section 14(1) in The Maharashtra Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act, 2006
(1)Where it is expedient to do so, the State Government may, in the public interest and in consultation with the Public Analyst, by notification in the Official Gazette, omit any entry from the Schedule or add any entry thereto or amend any such entry and the Schedule shall, on the issue of such notification, be deemed to be so amended.
