Section 80(3) in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(3)Notice of every meeting specifying the time and date thereof and the business to be transacted there at shall be sent to every member of the Panchayat Samiti and exhibited at the office of the Panchayat Samiti not less than ten clear days before an ordinary meeting and seven clear day before special meeting:Provided that wherever it is considered expedient to do so in the public interest the requirement of the time limits specified in this sub-section may be relaxed with the approval of the prescribed authority.
