Section 27(3) in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997
(3)The Board shall decide,-(a)whether affiliation should be granted or rejected;(b)whether affiliation should be granted in whole or part;(c)subject, courses of study and the number of students to be admitted;(d)conditions, if any, which may be stipulated while granting the affiliation.
