Section 7(r) in Rajasthan Sports University, Jhunjhunu Act, 2013
(r)to purchase, acquire, take on lease or dispose, with the prior approval of the State Government, any land or building or works which may be necessary for the purpose of the University on such terms and conditions as it may think fit and proper and to construct, alter and maintain any such buildings or works;
