Section 30 in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
30. Increments.
- (i) An increment shall ordinarily be drawn as a matter of course unless it is withheld by the competent authority: if the conduct of the teacher has not been good or his work has not been found satisfactory.(ii)Where an efficiency bar is prescribed in the time scale, the increment next above the bar shall be given to a teacher with specific sanction of the appointing authority.
