Section 4(a) in The National Trust For Welfare Of Persons With Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation And Multiple Disabilities Rules, 2000
(a)a postgraduate degree from a recognised University or Institute in one or more area of disability or community based disability rehabilitation, namely, autism, cerebral palsy, mental retardation, multiple disability or any other equivalent qualification in these fields which is recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India and registered as a personnel or professional with the Rehabilitation Council of India; or
