- The Government may transfer any institutions or work under their management or control to a Zilla Praja Parishad or a Mandal Praja Parishad and a Zilla Praja Parishad may transfer any institution under its management or control to any Mandal Praja Parishad or Gram Panchayat, subject to such conditions, limitations and restrictions as may be specified by the Government or the Zilla Praja Parishad, as the case may be:Provided that no such transfer shall be made unless the prior consent of the concerned Zilla Praja Parishad, Mandal Praja Parishad, as the case may be, is obtained.
