(c)The application forms shall be made available at a reasonable cost to the candidates from the sales counters of the college concerned and also at the offices mentioned below for accessibility and transparency(i)Secretary to Government, Minority Welfare Dept., Govt, of A.P., Hyderabad(ii)Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.
