Section 20(3) in Uttarakhand Water Management and Regulatory Act, 2013
(3)Any person guilty of an offence under clause (b) of sub-section (1) shall punished with imprisonment which may extend to Six Months or with fine which may extend to rupees one Lakh or both and a further penalty which may extend to rupees five thousand for each day after first offence during which the offence continues.
