Section 2(f) in Chhattisgarh Municipalities (Procedure for Conduct of Business) Rules, 2016
(f)"Municipality" means the Municipal Corporation constituted under subsection (13) of Section 5 of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956) or Municipal Council or Nagar Panchayat constituted under sub-section (18) of Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961);
