Section 92 in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
92. Filling of casual vacancy.-
If the place of an elected or co-opted member of a Zila Parishad becomes vacant by resignation, death, recall or otherwise a new Member shall be elected or co-opted in the manner provided in section 86.
