Section 71 in Kerala Irrigation and Water Conservation Act, 2003
71. Punishment for continuing offences.
- Where any offence under this Act is a continuing offence, the offender shall, on conviction, be punished with fine not exceeding one hundred rupees for every day during which the offence continues.
