Section 31 in The Rajasthan Self-Financed Private Universities Ordinance, 2004
31. Regulations.
- The authorities of the university may, subject to the prior approval of the Board of Management, make regulations, consistent with this Ordinance and the Rules, Statutes and the Ordinances made thereunder for the conduct of their own business and that of the committees appointed by them.
