(3)A person to be appointed as a Special Grade Deputy Executive Officer shall be one who has been holding or has held a post of a Deputy Executive Officer in the service of the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams for a period of not less than [three years] [Substituted 'five years' by Act No. 27 of 2002, dated 21.12.2002.].
