(1)Any order passed under this Act may, after notice to all persons interested, be reviewed by the officer who made the order or his successor in office on the ground of any clerical mistake or error in course of any proceeding under this Act.(2)[ Without prejudice to the provisions of Sub-section (1), where the appellate authority, on application filed by the concerned party within two years from the date of finalisation of a statement under Sub-section (3) of Section 44 or within sixty days from the date of the appellate order, whichever 'period expires later is satisfied that any land has been, included in such statement in contravention of any provision of this Act, he may modify the order passed by the Revenue Officer under the said section :Provided that no such modification shall be made without giving the parties concerned a reasonable opportunity of being heard :Provided further that no such modification shall be made if -(a)an application for revision under Section 59 is pending; or(b)an order has been passed under that section.]
