16. Exemption.
- The [State] [The word 'State' was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may by rules exempt any land from the provisions of section 5 or 6 or both on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the said rules.
