the Constitution of India praying to quashing the
government circular dated 24.07.2012 in DTE 22 ACM(2)
2012-13 issued by the 2nd respondent vide Annexure-A and
etc.,
These petitions coming on for orders this day, the
Court made the following:

H.G.RAMESH, J. (Oral):
Learned Additional Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the Government Order dtd. 23.07.2012 is withdrawn and consequently the impugned Circular dtd. 24.07.2012 is also withdrawn and a fresh Government Order dtd. 17.09.2012 is issued, fixing modified norms for admissions to third & fifth semester of Diploma courses. As the impugned circular has been withdrawn, the Writ Petitions have become infructuous. The Writ Petitions are accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid Government Order dtd. 17.09.2012 in accordance with law.
