136. The provisions of this Chapter to override other provisions.
- The provisions of this Chapter shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other provision of this Act or in any rule or bye-law or in any other law for the time being in force.[Chapter XIV-A] Special Provisions Applicable To Short-Term Co-Operative Credit Structure Societies
